Terms of service

1. Acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and IRONLAB governing the application, website and related services (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use IRONLAB

The Service is intended for adults 18 years or older. By using it, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity under your account. Contact support@getironlab.com promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

4. Open beta

IRONLAB is offered free during open beta while we build it. Features may change and the Service may be updated, interrupted or discontinued. Beta software can contain errors and is provided “as is” and “as available.”

5. Ownership

Except for data you log, the Service is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This includes the IRONLAB name, logo, interface, design system, libraries, analysis logic, AI coach behavior, text, graphics and code. We grant a limited, personal, revocable, nontransferable license for your own tracking.

6. Prohibited uses

• Do not copy, reproduce, republish or create a competing product from the Service.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover source code or algorithms except where law prohibits this restriction.
• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service.
• Do not bypass security, access another user’s account, upload malware or use the Service unlawfully.

7. Your data

Your workouts, nutrition, body metrics, recovery, protocol and bloodwork data are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that data so IRONLAB can work for you. You may export data and request deletion.

8. Health disclaimer

IRONLAB does not provide medical, nutritional or training advice, diagnose or treat conditions, or recommend doses. App and AI information is general and based on the data you enter. Consult qualified professionals before decisions about training, nutrition, supplements, peptides, hormones or bloodwork.

9. Third party services

The Service relies on providers for hosting, authentication, enabled AI processing and health data import. Your use of integrations may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third party services we do not control.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free operation or that every result is accurate for your situation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRONLAB and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profit or health outcomes. Total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of what you paid in the prior twelve months or US $100.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account. We may suspend access for violations or harmful use. Ownership, restrictions, disclaimers and liability limitations continue where their nature requires.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date and, when appropriate, additional notice.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Applicable disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Florida unless law requires otherwise.
