Open Connections inside IRONLAB and follow the Apple Health permission flow. You control which supported workout and health categories are shared.
Is my health and bloodwork data private?+
Your logged data is scoped to your account. IRONLAB does not sell personal data or use logged health data for advertising.
Does IRONLAB give medical or dosing advice?+
No. IRONLAB is a tracking tool and provides general information only. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend doses.
How do I export data or delete my account?+
